Next October, La Pastora will participate in
SIAL innovation, the international industry congress to be held in Paris from 21 to 25 October.
Many companies from the food sector from more than 20 different countries come together at the SIAL innovation food congress. One of the maxims of this international congress is to make consumers aware of the latest trends in the food industry by means of brands that invest their efforts in creating new, more innovative versions of their products.
More than 2,000 products come together in Paris to form part of a highly selected group, which are then evaluated by an expert jury in various product categories such as: consumer tastes, product ingredients, catering, equipment and technology.
Once the products have been evaluated, the best ones will be chosen, which will have special recognitions such as: SIAL innovation awards by product category and special recognition for the 3 best innovations with the gold, silver and bronze categories.
