Marinated salmon in seasalt & brown sugar, spiced up with garam masala spices.

The skin of the salmon is marinated in soya sauce and baked in the oven to make it crispy.

Served in slices of grav lachs, on the crispy salmon skins with a Thousand Island dressing, and finished with organic smoked paprika pearls and dill tips.
