Green salmorejo with paprika pearls

INGREDIENTS:

  • cucumber
  • avocado
  • green bell pepper
  • green herbs: basil, parsley, chives, spinach
  • olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and the egg yolk of 1 boiled egg.

METHOD:

  1. All blended in a blender.
  2. Served as an appetizer with paprika pearls hot or smoked.
