Burrata, snails and smoked paprika pearls

Burrata cheese mixed with some seasalt.
Than smoked paprika crumble with paprika and breadcrumb and olive oil and pepper and salt. And also made a crumble of bacon (pancetta)
Than fry the snails in olive oil and garlic and parsley.
Than put burrata first in a cub. Than put 2-3 snails and top with the paprika crumble.
And of course top it with La Pastora pearls!
