The organic paprika pearls from La Pastora have been awarded the prize for the organic product with the most potential for internationalization.

The Organic Market & Trends Awards, held within the framework of the 2024 Alimentaria & Hostelco international trade fair, have granted La Pastora’s Organic Paprika Pearls the award for the Spanish organic product with the most potential for internationalization.

The product was distinguished from among over 200 organic foods and beverages from 131 exporting companies participating in The Organic Market & Trends throughout the fair. These awards are granted by the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries (FIAB) and Alimentaria.

Ana Díaz, Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), presented the awards, aimed at promoting and showcasing the activity carried out by companies within the specialized segment of organic products.

The commitment to the environment and the contribution to the well-being of a healthier society has driven the creation of La Pastora’s Organic Paprika Pearls, an innovation of paprika in a unique product at both regional and international levels.

This recognition came from the jury of the second edition of The Organic Market & Trends Award, composed of representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, ICEX, Alimentaria, FIAB, Cesce, Ecovalia, and Bio Eco Actual.
